DESIGNER

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, all new designer items can be returned within 14 days domestic or 21 days international.  Items must be in brand new condition and must be unworn, with all tags attached.  Any items not returned in their original condition or without tags will be sent back and the return will not be processed.

Credit cards/accounts will be reimbursed within 7 days of return's arrival.  Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed. To make a return please email us at shop@silentsundays.com to receive an RA# and return address with further shipping instructions.

VINTAGE

Due to their one-off nature, items from our vintage line cannot be returned.  We recommend carefully reviewing all product information and measurements before purchasing.  If you have any specific questions about a vintage product please feel free to contact us at vintage@silentsundays.com .

EXCHANGES

New designer items can be exchanged for another size of the same item if it is available for a small shipping fee.  If you're interested in exchanging sizes please email us at shop@silentsundays.com for shipping information.
